DIECON - FOR CUTTING DIE PRODUCTION WITH LASER

DIECON is a software for the production of cutting dies with laser. From outlines, DIECON calculates the optimised laser track. With DIECON, parameters like speed, laser performance, cutting width, wavy cut and many parameters more can be influenced. The optimised cutting with DIECON is based on box-section cut.

Laser cutters that facilitate the production of cutting dies are for instance those of eurolaser, for which DIECON software has been optimised.

eurolaser is specialist for turnkey, simple to operate laser systems for working with wood, acrylics, textile, electronics / membrane switches, packaging or dieboard. The laser's versatility makes it an important tool in the packaging industry, instrumental in processes from samplemaking - creasing is substituted by precise ablating of material at reduced laser power - to dieboard cutting in a variety of base materials (multiplex, plastics). When quantities are too low to justify steel rule die cutting, the laser can do the job.

DIGISTRIP - FOR THE OPTIMISATION OF STRIPPING FORMS

DIGISTRIP enables the automatic stripping without female form. The software optimises routines for the automatic and interactive positioning of spikes and further stripping instruments.

CAD data for stripping forms is automatically optimised and forwarded to the corresponding machine, e.g the DIGISetter. The stripping system enables better sheet output by high precision and machine-effictive stripping. The stripping output depends on the material and stripping outline.

DIGISTRIP is marketed by our partner BOXPLAN, who sells DIGISetter, adequate mountings and high-quality spikes.

RUBCON - SOFTWARE FOR EJECTION RUBBER PRODUCTION

RUBCON is a software module for the production of ejection rubbers for cutting dies. In detail, RUBCON is a converter for the cutting of ejection rubbers with flatbed cutters of the company ZUND.

Based on data of closed outlines, RUBCON calculates the additional slitting width that is necessary for the use of bevelled cutting tools. At the same time, RUBCON optimises the sequence of cutting steps and the cutting direction. Already nested HPGL data of the rubber coating can be utilised by RUBCON.

ZUND cutting machines can cut ejection rubbers under use of the ERPA software RUBCON. RUBCON was optimised for these flatbed cutters.
